Method:
1. In a sauce pan, add 8oz cranberries, 1/2 c water, 1/2 sugar and bring to a boil.Β
2. Once boiling, add in the zest of a clementine (or orange), and the juice. If youβre using an orange, itβll be about 1 tbs of zest and 1/4 c juice.Β
3. Add in 1tbs of PUR Spices Achaar Masala (you can add more or less depending on how spicy you want it).
4. Reduce to a simmer and cook for another 5-7 min. The sauce will continue thickening as it cools.
5. Cool before using and store in the fridge!
