Broccoli salads are quintessential picnic/summer fare, and this spiced version from Chef Kenny is anything but your standard side dish. It will have your taste buds popping with perfectly cooked broccoli spiced with our Chai Masala, raisins, walnuts, carrots and tangy creamy well balanced dressing! While it's not a traditional combination, trust us...you'll want to give this one a try! It will have you coming back for seconds.

4 cups chopped raw broccoliÂ
1/2 teaspoon PUR Spices Chai Masala
1/4 cup chopped onionÂ
1/4 cup raisinsÂ
3/4 cup walnutsÂ
1/2 cup halved green grapesÂ
1 each carrot gratedÂ
1 tablespoon mayo
3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons olive oilÂ
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon white balsamic
In a sauté pan add olive oil and get smoking hot add broccoli and sauté for 1 minute add chai and toast in pan one more minute. Add broccoli to mixing bowl with remaining ingredients mix and serve.
