Our masala paste is the perfect blend of onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, and spices without the heat! Use it to create a gravy/sauce for your favorite Indian dish, as a marinade or even seasoning for rice.
For Sauce (2 servings): Heat 2 tsp of oil in a saucepan. Add 1 cup your choice of protein or veggies. Cook on medium-high heat until seared. Stir in 4 tbs masala paste & 1/2 cup water. Add salt & chili flakes to taste. Reduce heat to simmer. Fully cook. Add cream or coconut milk for a creamier sauce.
For Marinade (2 servings): Toss 2 tbs of masala paste with 1/2 cup protein or veggies. Add salt or chili flakes to taste.
