Achaari Cranberry sauce
Try this delicious spicy, tangy, and sweet sauce on literally anything! …sandwiches, toasts, a cheese platter and so much more! Make a batch and have on hand for your next cheese board, breakfast, lunch or dinner 😋

In a sauce pan, add 8oz cranberries, 1/2 c water, 1/2 sugar and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add in the zest of a clementine (or orange), and the juice. If you’re using an orange, it’ll be about 1 tbs of zest and 1/4 c juice.
Add in 1tbs of Achaar Masala (you can add more or less depending on how spicy you want it).
Reduce to a simmer and cook for another 5-7 min. The sauce will continue thickening as it cools.
Cool before using and store in the fridge!
