Indian Street Corn Masala Totchos

A indulgent, Indian take on loaded tots!

  • 20-25 frozen tater tots

  • 1/4-1/8 c of Tikka Masala Sauce

  • Fresh kernels from 1 corn

  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  • 1/4 tsp chaat powder

  • 1/2 tsp Green Chutney powder

  • Salt

  • Fresh lime wedges & juice

  • 1/2 tsp butter

  • Fresh chopped cilantro

  • 1/4 of a diced red onion

  • 1/2 of a diced jalapeño pepper

  • 1-2 tbsp cotija cheese

  • 1-2 tbsp sour cream


  • Bake or air fry tater tots while following package directions

  • Prepare corn by adding butter, kernels, salt, powders, and lime juice to a pot - Cook for 6-7 minutes until corn is roasted and charred

  • Using store bought or homemade tikka masala sauce, heat up the sauce until it’s warm.

  • Drizzle the sauce onto the cooked tots - Add roasted corn

  • Layer on the sour cream, cotija, cilantro, onions, and jalapeño peppers - Top with Green Chutney powder.
