1 pound Ground Turkey
1 Large Egg
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Crumbled Feta
3 Scallions - chopped
2 generous tablespoons Mirch Masala
Mix all ingredients in a bowl to combine. Divide into 4 balls and form into patties. Place on a covered baking sheet and refrigerate for about an hour. Get your grill hot and cook for approximately 15 minutes flipping several times until cooked through.

Serve them with an easy side of Mirch Masala Redskin Potatoes grilled in a grill basket.
For the potatoes -
Half or quarter potatoes. Toss in a bowl with olive oil and Mirch Masala to coat and salt to taste. Place in a grill basket. Cook on grill for about 15 minutes with the lid closed and stirring often to avoid burning until they begin to soften. Open lid and continue to cook and stir while grilling burgers.
