Spicy Egg Roll
A delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner option with a little kick!
1 teaspoon of oil
2 eggs or egg white
Handful of chopped mushroom, spinach and onion or any vegetables of choice
Half teaspoon of salt, red pepper and black pepper
One roti, naan or paratha
Pur spices Original Harrissa
In a small mixing bowl, add your eggs, chopped vegetables and spices.
Mix well and cook on low-medium heat - your omelette is ready.
Cook your roti, naan or paratha per direction of the package and set aside.
Lather on Pur spices harissa spicy chilli pepper sauce, as per taste, and roll your omelette onto it.
Fold gently and cut into two pieces and enjoy with fresh fruits and coffee.
