Spicy Honey Harissa Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Sweet, spicy, perfectly charred and totally addictive!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)

  • 1.5 tbs olive oil

  • Honey to taste

  • Harissa to taste

  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Method:

  • Preheat oven to 425 F

  • Toss sliced Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt and pepper

  • Place Brussels sprouts cut side down on pan (we suggest using a cast iron skillet if you have one)

  • Cook in oven for roughly 30 minutes flipping Brussels sprouts half way through

  • While cooking, mix honey and original harissa in a bowl (adjust ingredients to your liking)

  • Once Brussels sprouts are crisp to your liking, take out of oven and immediately toss them in the honey harissa mixture

  • Top with pomegranate seeds
