Sweet & Spicy Chipotle Honey Chicken

If you’re looking for a new chicken recipe for meal prep, Mexican food, or simply just because then this is the recipe for you!

3 cloves of garlic

Fresh cilantro

1/2 tsp of cumin

1/2 a lime


Olive oil

4 small chicken breasts

Homemade or store bought pico de gallo

Rice of choice

Beans of choice


Add in 3-4 tbsp of @purspices chipotle paste into a blender, along with 3 cloves of garlic, some fresh cilantro, 1/2 tsp of cumin, the juice of half a lime, and a few squeezes of honey.

Add in olive oil to blend, until you have a smooth sauce. (You can add more paste or honey to adjust the spiciness/sweetness.)

Marinate 4 small chicken breasts with this and then cooked them on a pan until done while adding the remaining marinade to keep it from getting dry.

Top with fresh pico de Gallo

Serve with rice & beans.

This recipe also works well for salads/bowls, tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and so much more.
