Tandoori Sweet Potato Fries

These are a flavorful twist on an American classic!


Ingredients

  • 1 Large Sweet Potato

  • 2 TSP Pur Spices Masala Paste

  • 1 TBSP Tandoori Masala

  • Olive Oil

  • Lime Juice

  • Salt

  • Cilantro


For the Sauce

  • 1/2 C Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 TSP Curry Powder

  • 1/2 TSP Dill

Method:

  • Cut potato into fries and toss with oil, masala paste, tandoori masala, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt.

  • Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

  • For the dip, mix together the yogurt, curry powder, and dill.

  • Serve!
