The easiest blender banana muffins for a quick breakfast or snack! Just a few simple ingredients and no refined sugar makes these powerful bites.
Ingredients:
2 cups oats
3 ripe bananas
3 dates soaked in 1/4 cup water
1 egg
1-2 tsp Chai Masala
1 tsp baking soda
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Blend all ingredients together
Place in a lined or greased muffin pan
Let cool and they are ready to eat!
