Chai Spiced Banana Muffins

The easiest blender banana muffins for a quick breakfast or snack! Just a few simple ingredients and no refined sugar makes these powerful bites.


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oats

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 3 dates soaked in 1/4 cup water

  • 1 egg

  • 1-2 tsp Chai Masala

  • 1 tsp baking soda

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Blend all ingredients together

  • Place in a lined or greased muffin pan

  • Let cool and they are ready to eat!
