Mirch Masala Cereal Mix

Need a snack for game-day?! Try this crunchy, salty, spicy and super flavorful mix!

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups of cereal (We used corn and rice, but use any unflavored cereal you'd like!)

  • 1 cup cashews / peanuts

  • 1 cup of bite sized pretzels

  • 1 cup of garlic-flavor bit-size

  • 3 tbs butter

  • 2 tbs Mirch Masala

  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Preheat over to 250 degrees

  • Melt butter in microwave safe bowl

  • Mix in Mirch Masala and salt

  • Mix cereal, pretzels, bagel chips in an oven safe dish

  • Pour spiced, butter mixture over the cereal mixture and toss to coat

  • Bake for an hour mixing every15 minutes

  • Let cool for 15 minutes before eating
