Mirch Masala Potatoes

A recipe so simple and so flavorful, thanks to our Mirch Masala blend!

Ingredients:

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  • While oven is preheating, cut potatoes into wedges, fries, cubes or whatever shape you prefer

  • Soak in cold water for about 15 minutes, drain and dry the potatoes

  • Toss potatoes with oil of choice, Mirch Masala blend and salt to taste (our blend does not naturally have salt)

  • Place potatoes on pan and roast for about 20-25 minutes flipping half way through

  • Garnish with salt, lemon juice and cilantro

Bonus: Garnish with our Green Chutney blend before serving
