Apricot Coconut Energy Bites

A simple recipe sure to help give you a boost energy!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of oats

  • 1/2 cup apricot

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut

  • 1/2 tsp Milk Masala

  • 1-2 tbs liquid sweetener (maple syrup or honey)

Method:

  • In a food processor blend 1/2 cup of oats, 1/2 cup apricot, 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, 1/2 tsp Milk Masala, and 1-2 tbs liquid sweetener (maple syrup or honey) into a paste

  • Form into bite size balls


These can be eaten right away, but we suggest letting them sit for an hour or so! Store in a airtight container.
