Chai Infused Banana Pudding is the perfect weekend treat! Think @magnoliabakery banana pudding BUT with added hints of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves from our Chai Masala blend that pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the vanilla and sliced banana in this dessert!

7 oz (half of a can) of sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup of very cold water
1/2 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
1.5 cups of heavy whipping cream
1/2 box of Nilla wafers
2-3 ripe bananas, sliced
1 tsp Pur Spices Masala Chai spice blend
Blend together the condensed milk and cold water using a whisk or stand mixer. Add in the pudding mix and whisk until mixture is smooth. Set aside for about an hour or even overnight.
Whip the heavy cream and chai powder in a large bowl until it thickens. There will be stiff peaks after 2 minutes or so.
Add the set pudding mixture to the cream. Mix until everything is well blended.
Assemble by layering wafers, sliced banana, and spreading the pudding. Repeat the process. Garnish with crushed wafers and more banana slices. Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!
