Chai Spiced Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Dessert for breakfast? Yes please! Pumpkin and Chai Masala are AMAZING together!


  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 3 tbs chai seeds

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 2 heaping spoons of pumpkin puree

  • 1/4 tsp Chai Masala

  • Maple syrup or another sweetener of choice


  • Mix all ingredients together and place in fridge for breakfast in the morning!

  • When ready to eat top with pumpkin seeds or nuts/topping of choice!
