Chipotle Fire Steak Bowl

Perfectly spicy, flavorful, and topped with a chipotle sauce that will have your mouth watering!

  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 2tbs mayo

  • Chipotle fire to taste

  • salt to taste

  • 1-1.5 lbs flank steak or skirt steak

  • 2tbs olive oil

  • Lime, cilantro and avocado for garnish


  • Mix olive oil, Chipotle Fire and lime juice

  • Place steak in shallow glass pan and cover with marinade

  • Place in fridge and allow to sit for 2 hrs

  • Heat a skillet on medium high and add steak with marinade

  • Sear for approximately 5 minutes on each side

  • Let the steak rest on cutting board for 5 minutes before cutting into thin slices

We served this bowl with cilantro lime cauliflower rice, sautéed peppers and onions, and some corn with black beans and avocado - Customize this bowl however you may like!
