Creamy Chai Hot Buttered Rum

It's cocktail time! This creamy, spicy drink is perfect for any night!

Serving size: 4 drinks


Ingredients:

  • Pur Spices Chai Masala, 1 tsp

  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 powdered sugar

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream, slightly softened

  • 2 ounces dark rum

  • 8 ounces boiling water

  • Whipped cream and Chai Masala


Method:

Batter

  • Cream together butter and sugars in a stand mixer until light and fluffy

  • Add Chai masala and ice cream and beat until fully combined

Cocktail

  • Add batter and rum into a mug

  • Pour in boiling water and stir to combine

  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle Chai Masala
