Feta with Harissa, Sun Dried Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Need a last minute app?! You’ll want to bookmark this one - it’s crazy simple but looks elegant and tastes amazing! 😍



Method:

Blend together 1/4c sun dried tomatoes (packed in oil) with 1/4 c drained roasted red peppers and our Original Harissa (you can use the Medium too) to taste. You may need to add a little olive oil to get things blending smoothly.


Spread the mixture on a plate and top with a block of feta. Serve by drizzling olive oil and crushed dried mint.
