Grilled Mirch Masala Pork and Harissa Sweet Potato Wedges

Recipe from Chef Katie Petrich

A quick, flavor-packed dinner to throw on the grill!.

  • Get your grill heating up.

  • Cut sweet potatoes in half and then cut each half into four wedges. I'd recommend a half of a potato per person.

  • Coat the potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and toss with Harissa to taste.

  • Next, use your favorite cut of pork. **I used bone-in pork chops. You could also use boneless pork chops or pork tenderloin. (When you have more time, this would be great on ribs as well.)**

  • Cover both sides with Mirch Masala. Let everything sit for about ten minutes.

  • Grill potatoes and pork at the same time. It should take about 20 minutes for the potatoes to get soft and the pork to cook through.
