Grilled Mirch Masala Pork and Harissa Sweet Potato Wedges

A quick, flavor-packed dinner to throw on the grill!.
Get your grill heating up.
Cut sweet potatoes in half and then cut each half into four wedges. I'd recommend a half of a potato per person.
Coat the potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and toss with Harissa to taste.
Next, use your favorite cut of pork. **I used bone-in pork chops. You could also use boneless pork chops or pork tenderloin. (When you have more time, this would be great on ribs as well.)**
Cover both sides with Mirch Masala. Let everything sit for about ten minutes.
Grill potatoes and pork at the same time. It should take about 20 minutes for the potatoes to get soft and the pork to cook through.
