The perfect snack with a crispy flakey crust, roasted veggies and lots of flavor!

Ingredients:
1 puff pastry
Mixed vegetables of your choice cut into medium sized topping- zucchini, bell pepper, onion, sun-dried tomatoes/ fresh tomatoes
2 tbsp original Harissa paste
Cheese of your choice- mozzarella/ricotta/ feta
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method
Preheat the oven to 400F
Lightly flour the surface and roll out the puff pastry to 1/8th inch thickness
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the rolled puff pastry
Poke the puff pastry with a fork leaving about 2cm from the edge
Spread Harissa paste on the puff pastry and top it with vegetables and cheese. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Bake the puff pastry for 20-30 min or till the pastry turns out golden brown
