This is an easy asian inspired dish that requires only a few pantry ingredients. The recipe is a loose guide so don't be afraid to experiment and a little more or less of your favorite flavors!
1 block of tofu
1 tsp oil (to brown the tofu, can be omitted if desired)
1 tbsp chopped garlic
Equal parts of harissa, soy sauce (or Tamari) and honey (we used about 2 tbsp of each) but adjust per your taste.
Brown tofu in a pan.
Add chopped garlic and sauté.
Add soy sauce, harissa and honey into pan and heat through coating the tofu.
Serve with rice and your favorite veggies.
