Milk Masala Overnight Oats

Filled with turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, and vanilla, this healthy breakfast is sure to wake you up! Bonus: Prep is the night before so all you have to do it eat in the morning!


1/2 c oats

1 c milk of choice

2tbs chai seeds

1/4 tsp Milk Masala

Sweetener of choice to taste

Mix-ins like nuts or seeds

Berries or other fruit as toppings


Mix all ingredients except toppings in a jar or bowl with a lid.

Place in fridge overnight.

Stir and top with fruit or berries for enjoying!
