Milk Masala Overnight Oats

Filled with turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, and vanilla, this healthy breakfast is sure to wake you up! Bonus: Prep is the night before so all you have to do it eat in the morning!


  • 1/2 c oats

  • 1 c milk of choice

  • 2tbs chai seeds

  • 1/4 tsp Milk Masala

  • Sweetener of choice to taste

  • Mix-ins like nuts or seeds

  • Berries or other fruit as toppings


  • Mix all ingredients except toppings in a jar or bowl with a lid.

  • Place in fridge overnight.

  • Stir and top with fruit or berries for enjoying!
