Recipe created by Whitney Scelp (@wandering_willbe)

This simple yet flavorful mint harissa pork rib recipe is sure to be a crowd favorite! It's the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, garlicky goodness. This would be perfect in a sandwich or paired with your favorite sides.

1 pound boneless pork ribs

Marinade:

1 tbsp Mint Harissa

1/2 cup light oil (I used EVOO)

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Mix everything together in a gallon ziplock bag and allow ribs to marinade at least an hour. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place ribs and marinade in an aluminum cover pan and bake for two hours or until ribs begin to fall apart. Remove from oven, pull apart to mix the marinade throughout.
