Moong Salad Bites

These tasty little bites are sure to become an entertaining favorite (or just a fancy plate for 2).

We topped these spouted mung bites with a mix of vegan mayo and harissa for the perfect bite!


For Salad Bites: Mix finely chopped cucumbers, sweet onion, tomato, cilantro with corn, and sprouted mung beans. Season with salt and lemon juice. Scoop the veggie mixture into corn chip scoops.


For Harissa Mayo: Mix equal parts vegan mayo (you can substitute sour cream or yogurt) with any flavor of our spicy Harissa.

Top each bite with a dollop of harissa cream and green chili for extra spice!
