Spiced White Chocolate Bark

The perfect, simple, delicious, and beautiful last minute Diwali treat! The sweetness and milkiness of white chocolate is reminiscent of the base flavor to many Indian mithais (deserts) and is delicious with cardamom, cinnamon, and vanilla in our milk masala.

Ingredients:

  • White chocolate (We used a bad of white chocolate chips)

  • 1 tsp Milk Masala - add more if desired

  • Favorite nuts, seeds, dried fruit, etc (We used sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, coconut shreds and gold glitter)

Method:

  • Melt white chocolate either using the double boiler method or carefully in the microwave

  • Stir in Milk Masala

  • Spread on parchment paper

  • Top with your favorite nuts, seeds, dried fruit, etc

  • Cool in fridge
