Summer Love Ice Cream

A romantic, creamy, dreamy ice cream!


  • 8oz mascarpone cheese

  • 6-8 oz condensed milk depending on desired taste

  • 16oz heavy cream

  • 2 tbs rose water

  • 1tsp Milk Masala


  • Beat mascarpone and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl until combined

  • Add cream, rose water and Milk Masala, beat until stiff

  • Spoon into a airtight freezer container, cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm

  • Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving
