Paneer and potatoes spiced with Masala Paste make this delicious veggie burger something you'll want to eat all year long.
Ingredients:
For Masala Burger
2 cooked potatoes that are smashed or grated
1.5 cup crumbled paneer
1 bunch chopped cilantro
3-4 tbs Masala Paste
2 tbs cornflour
Salt to taste
Chilis (optional to taste)
Method:
Mix all of the burger ingredients together until well incorporated.
Form into patties and refrigerate for about 30 min before cooking.
Cook on greased skillet or grill.
