Masala Burgers

Paneer and potatoes spiced with Masala Paste make this delicious veggie burger something you'll want to eat all year long.


For Masala Burger

  • 2 cooked potatoes that are smashed or grated

  • 1.5 cup crumbled paneer

  • 1 bunch chopped cilantro

  • 3-4 tbs Masala Paste

  • 2 tbs cornflour

  • Salt to taste

  • Chilis (optional to taste)


  • Mix all of the burger ingredients together until well incorporated.

  • Form into patties and refrigerate for about 30 min before cooking.

  • Cook on greased skillet or grill.
